I had a frustrating experience during my stay. The room was significantly warmer than expected, and despite my requests for assistance, the issue was never resolved. Additionally, the housekeeping staff failed to clean my room properly, leaving it dusty and unattended.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel with my family. The two-bedroom suite was spacious and had all the comforts of home. Not only was the complimentary breakfast ample, but the staff truly made our stay memorable with their attentive service. The pool and fitness center were also nice perks!

The staff were incredibly friendly and

helpful during my stay, making the experience much more enjoyable. The King Suite was spacious and clean, but the hotel was a bit far from the airport without a shuttle service. In general, the breakfast options were satisfactory.

i loved staying at residence inn. the two-bedroom suite was like a home away from home, with everyone having their own space. the fitness center was fantastic and the staff were super helpful. being close to moxie’s for dinner was a nice bonus.

Free breakfast had a good variety, making mornings easier. The location offered easy access to major highways, simplifying trips into the city.

Really disappointing was the lack of USB ports in the room, making charging devices a chore. The pool felt frigid, not the refreshing escape most people look for, and it's worth noting that the hotel seemed to carry quite a bit of wear and tear.
